Newbie Affiliate Saying Hello

Hi, I'm Joanne, and I'm fairly new to affiliate marketing, just started in summer 2014 after losing my job the previous May.

I already requested to become an affiliate for one venture here and am waiting to see what happens next.

I have a small list of about 350 leads in IM, all gained through solo ads, although I'm rapidly running out of savings to do that. (Haven't made more than around $100 yet in IM - well, it's a start!)

How do people do things like Facebook marketing, Instagram, SEO? These are all names I've heard (and I have two FB pages) but don't know the first thing about. Are there any good basic tutorials out there, say on Youtube somewhere?
