I gotta tell you, Charles... You've got a GREAT product here. I particularly like how to the point you are, and the fact that the videos are so short. Some might suggest that you make one video with all the content instead of having them broken up like you do, but I like it exactly as done, because it allows people to get only the information that they need at a particular time.

One suggestion. Is there any way you can raise the volume level on the videos (or possibly just keep it in mind for future videos)? I had to turn my speakers up pretty high to hear you clearly, and then when an event went off in the background and was so loud, it startled me ;D
