As a matter of fact, I took your advice back at Warriors and I'm collecting as much data as possible, put as much effort as possible before approaching any partners or brokers. Although the product is ready, I hold any launch until I've done as much optimizing as possible so that I can give the best chance for potential partners to convert.

I couldn't find a sample where people can look up for samples of a good JV proposal. I didn't approach any brokers formally as I don't know how to put up a proposal and package that meet expectations.
