Actually saw Brad's presentation on it at Mike Filsaime's event in Long Island a couple of months ago ... and had a chance to ask him a couple questions about it, one on one ... I like it, and think it will be profitable to all involved.
As far as it taking opportunities away from JV Brokers ... who do you think will be working that second tier to the max.
