Excellent advice Mike! I don't think many people think of splitting out images over several sources and that's a really good point. Images can be uploaded to free image sites if people don't have their own. Another option is cloud-based content hosting such as Amazon AWS and Amazon's CloudFront if they have videos they want to stream. Let the big boys handle the bandwidth. Downloads can be put on different servers too such as MediaFire, Amazon or similar. A little advance planning following the tips you gave will do a lot on launch day!
