Sorry about that, Danielle ... but glad you managed to get in. I posted answers to common problems on the JVNP homepage to help keep things together until Wednesday when JVNP 2.0 is scheduled to roll out.
To use an analogy, we're coasting to the new car dealership in this old jalopy that has served us well the past 5 years ... and leaving with a brand-y new 2011 model on 3/30.
