If the affiliate program or JV invite has been announced here, simply register and the merchant will contact you once the link is live. It's very possible that the product either hasn't been approved yet, or it's simply not ready. Often times partners ask me to post upcoming launches to let potential partners know about them and to hold the launch date ... does not mean it's available. If you see a link that's not clickable, that's often the reason.
