how to get mike merz as a jv broker?

hi there, i was wondering what it would take to get mike merz as a joint venture broker? what requirements does he have and where can i find him?

Desmond, I'm not taking on any gigs outside my established network (those I've already worked with, successfully) at this time due to a heavier than normal workload and the upcoming (on track for 5/26) JVNP 2.0/JVNewsWatch Beta. As far as current JV Notify Pro Partners, the first JVNP premium mailing slots available are in early June ... and if we're in Beta by that time, qualifying for a JVNP spot will be a different procedure. I'll be filling fellow partners in on all the changes in the very near future.

Plus .... in all honesty, based on the length of time you've been a partner, and the number and weight of your posts/responses ... you have not done enough to qualify for a mailing, let alone a brokering.
