What would be a good idea is for you to use the search function to find threads where the process has already been explained, in depth and at length ... as posts like yours have been made dozens of times over the years, you'll no doubt find plenty of info.
Don't mean to be blunt, but 'soup to nuts' query posts like this are far too general and posted way too often without researching the archives.
I have no problem if you find a thread and feel like reviving it to ask further questions, or you have specific questions you'd like to ask now.
