If you can find a list to BUY that converts sales, let me know! You will never find one, period. I can't tell you how many "double opt-in", "home business targeted" lists I have bought, but none have worked for me. Not one. The only conversions I've seen is from building a list of my own.

Create a squeeze page and drive traffic to it. This will cost time, money, and a lot of testing. But once you get this down, you can build a list. While building the list, don't send them offers right off the bat. Send them a newsletter, seminar, a free ebook or some form of bonus. Turn your list into a community that trusts you, THEN at that point you may start promoting products to them.
