It could take up to 90 days, or more, to receive your commissions ... depending on how long the agreement was when you signed on. It's usually the first refund cycle.
Regardless ... the lines of communication for customers and affiliates are equally as important. Lack of response on their part will erode the bond of trust and credibility ... and perhaps ultimately kill their business.
I would review their affiliate terms and conditions ... if they've gone beyond it, and continue to ignore your queries ... find out who their payment processor is, report the problem to them and take it from there.
