A good Mac app for screencap videos is Screenflow from Telestream http://www.telestream.net/screen-flow/overview.htm

And it only costs $99

They also make Flip4Mac WMV. It allows you to import, export and play Windows Media video and audio files on your Mac. This way you can convert video programs, produced in iMovie into Windows Media for review and final distribution.
