    Unable to submit a support ticket to JVNotify.

    I tried submitting a support ticket asking where I go to change my email address, but it wouldn't submit.

    I got an error message telling me to fix the issues and try again.
    All the fields were then highlighted with a red asterisk (*) to indicate the problem areas, but all the fields were definitely filled out correctly.

    Where can I go for help? I'm returning after a 6-year absence.
