    Watch PPC Classroom

    I think we all got a backseat ride from PPC Classroom as a great example of how to build some HUGE buzz.

    These guys have really done a killer job of launching a product in the middle of the worst time anybody could think of.

    Everybody else is having trouble getting sales as compared to last year this time. But even with the server and database problems they still did great.

    I'm going to spend some time reviewing everything they did and see what I can do to build some buzz for my next project.

    Harris told me a few weeks ago that he could almost predict the size of a launch by the amount of buzz that was around it.

    Watching this launch will have me rethinking how to build the buzz.

    I had the luxury of working with Anik on this and most of his past launches ... and much of the advice I gave him I've shared with others on this very Forum and in individual launches announced here. One difference is Anik's commitment to structure and follow through ... he takes few chances, keeps things in order and timed to make it easy to follow, not to mention his professionalism. Definitely one to follow and take notes.

    Also ... he's been smart enough to retain and maintain the strong JV relationships he was introduced to in his previous launches ... he has also attained and maintained product and name recognition that attracts higher level JV Partners, and won support through reciprocation. It didn't happen overnight ... but it happened, via hard work over time.

    And as I had Michael Cheney do in his successful launch, every single partner was personally contacted ... instead of taking the chance of simply attracting waves of JV partners and sending automated messages out at them in the hopes that they'll promote, we came as close as possible to making sure those who would promote would do just that ... through personal contact and asking questions.

    That's super important.

    One thing that Jeff and I are going to do for the ISR launch is call the JV's at after they signup and drop a letter and post card in the mail to them.

    Then call & mail them at least once a week, until D day. The goal is that we are all in this together and anything we can do to help each other is going be a win win for everybody.

    PPC Classroom is very well done. I've been marketing online since the Stone Age but am a total novice with PPC so I joined. I have a couple of campaigns up and have discovered that I've done them all wrong! :-[

    Funny you posted this ...

    I was thinking the same darn thing, all I can say
    is wow. These guys did one hell of a bang up job
    on creating buzz, getting lots on board and making
    sales.

    1.25 million to be exact.

    I guess I will be happy with my launch if I do half of that ...

    LOL

    What do you think Charles, would you be satisfied with half
    that amount with your upcoming launch?

    I too enjoyed watching the buzz of the PPC classroom. After watching it I made sure to pay extra details to the next big launch and after witnessing Mike Rasmussens GetMoreBuyers today, I think I have some what a better idea on how I should go about launching my own product.

    Prior to watching the next big launch here I will go out and index search the web to see how many links and forums are already talking about the next big thing just so I have an idea of where I should be going and mimicking. My main goal is to provide a product that will go above and beyond my customers expectations.

    Maybe other JV's will notice this and want to start asking me about my new products

    Hey Charles,

    That's a killer strategy. I don't recall where it was that I had heard this but a car salesman simply sent a Christmas Card every year to his clients which stated nothing more than " I like You". He was the top salesman every year.

    I like some of the bonuses as well.
