A Bit Overwhelmed and Confused

Hi everyone,
I recently just joined this group and everything on here seems overwhelming for me, there's a lot going on. After reading the welcome posts, i'm not exactly sure what to post and what not to post. I want to launch a blogging awards program. I just want to know if this is something people here will love to promote. I understand that I have to give first to the community before I receive.
