About Dianne Crampton

Biography:

When I grabbed TIGERS by the tail in 1987, I launched a team development consulting career that is still growing.

You see I wanted to know what makes a good group of people truly great. And, by great I meant that they were quality focused, productive, successful, cooperative and ethical.

I took this question into my master's of org leadership at Gonzaga and studied all the group dynamic research I could find in Education, Psychology and Business. Out of this came six principles: trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success. This forms the acronym TIGERS. Then I developed a survey and went through 4 years of validation studies to learn if these principles can be individually measured in organizations so that strategic group development with real ROI could be accomplished. Well it does and it can.

I have had the great pleasure of working with leaders who are now listed in the top 100 most ethical leaders in the country. There companies are still amazing because of the heart and soul put into them. For their employees Monday morning is not a drag.

I have 4 books under my belt and have been published by Pfeiffer and Barrett Koehler as well as Three Creeks.

For the past 5 years I have been systemizing all my operations and creations. This is all proven and tested stuff with two decades of track record. We have a number of business coaches who are affiliates now because of our two-decade business niche and they want to get into that niche, too, through our JV opportunities. This gives me great joy.

Actually, nothing makes me happier than writing checks to our affiliates. We use the 1Shopping Cart system for our affiliates because I appreciate the automated handling of financial details. We are also building evergreen launches with video and Webinar. We use Stealth.

The secret is that I own two companies. One is TIGERS that I have just described and the other is Three Creeks Publishing. We created this publishing company for the benefit of our JV's and for our licensed and certified TIGERS consultants who own their own businesses, use our tools to enrich their lives and their service and so we can get them out there with their speaking engagements and business growth success strategies.

Merrill Lynch nominated me in the 90's for Inc. Mag's Entrepreneur of the year awards for one of these products. This is our bigger ticket item.
