One concern I've found among PDC affiliates is that they can be reluctant to
promote unless they know for sure you are going to pay out.

With PDC, it's up to the owner to pay out commissions, and there have been
cases of vendors just never paying out, and keeping all the money for themselves.

Granted, this is a minority of people, but I know some people prefer to promote
CB products for this reason.

When it comes down to it, both are viable options, but you should sit down and
weigh up why each one may or may not work for you and your situation.
