Your post was very informative. Thank you for including the examples of the proposal letters, that will come in handy for a lot of people, including myself. I absolutley agree with you in regards to building a relationship with the JV Partner first. Doing this will help both parties to be sure they are making the right decision going with the potential product or the potential jv partner.
