For those of you who have experience with JV and affiliate recruiting leading up to launching a new product - can you share what is a good number of JVs and affiliates to have on-board when launch day hits?

In other words, before promotions start, how many JVs and affiliates already on-board would it take for you to have a "successful" launch? Just trying to get a benchmark on a good JV goal to set for a new product launch I have planned. Is 50 a good number, or 100 or more?

I have two dedicated JV managers that will be doing negotiations full-time starting soon, so I'd like to know what to shoot for.

Thanks for any feedback.
