Webinars are my passion ... need help attracting prospective attendees

Hi All

Formal Intro.
I am Vera Abrams and my friends call me Benny.
I have a passion for webinars and have worked previously in an NGO as a facilitator.
I have a problem getting attendees to my webinars online because this is a relatively different terrain
where I am not well known.
So I am humbly asking for partnership or pointers or a trial.
I can scale up your sales with a single webinar.
Any advice or pointers will be HIGHLY appreciated.
