I'm also tracking and measuring EVERYTHING so that once done I can break it down and (1) learn from it myself, and (2) publish it to members so they can learn from it to.

Yesterday I created my final 4 weeks "calendar" - it's has 27 separate *things* that I want to do prior to launch. Some are for myself, some for launch partners, some are just simple communications, some are simple tweets - but it's a plan that I can follow.

We should all do the same.
