How often can I Bookmark same page and Submit RSS?

I would like to know how often can I bookmark the same page and submit RSS.
I have a software to do that but can I use more than once?
The software is Free Mass Traffic ;D

It's ok to submit new post link to bookmarking sites since they are different site. But just limit it to max 10 post link per day.

For most sites, I'm pretty sure you can bookmark the same page once a day. You would have to check with the TOS of the site to be sure though.

I don't have that much of sites to bookmark max 10 a day, but would be nice if I could bookmark all pages of a single domain.

If I can bookmark the same page many times does it bring me extra traffic without being banned?

I am not sure but it seems that I don't get any traffic from bookmarking it only help in my ranking.
RSS though gives me a little spike in my traffic.

I wonder, Does it get better if I continuo sending my RSS?

I am not sure about the Tool you are using but I personally use SENuke which allows spinning of RSS title.

So this allows me to submit multiple times as the title is unique and by using a unique title it allows me to submit to multiple categories.

Dont just resubmit the same title + URL repeatedly, get creative, only thing to remember is to keep your KW inside your title and use LSI for KW also.
