I try to always gather NEW JV partners, but it is difficult due to saturation. Everyone is after the same names

Any existing JV's you have - know other JVS that you may not, so if you look after the ones you know ----

You can thewn ASK THEM to intro you to others you may not have gotten in touch with alone.
