Product launches for merchandise and "offline" business
Over the past months, conversations have come up with manufacturers/companies for launching everything from a new wine launch, to the Scion car model launch in Canada, to new exercise equipment etc. Merchandise.
Each is a "product launch".
In nearly all the cases, I'd still tackle it with a variation of a direct response funnel (though more "consumer and corporate friendly") but this is one area we're looking to play in a lot more.
Just like taking your internet marketing services and selling them to brick and mortar traditional businesses is, of course, big money.... I believe taking product launch, promo event sequencing strategies and applying them to mass consumer goods or larger corporate deals can be ridiculously more profitable.
