I've taken the subject line from a blog I found with an interesting article by Will Martin-Gill, Director of Internet Marketing at eBay, on why affiliate marketers will win big in 2009. He has also published an article in the Search Engine Marketing Journal (SEMJ) on the next big steps in the affiliate marketing industry. It seems that there are people that realize that this is a genuine business with real opportunities.

Very interesting information. As someone just entering this market it further supports my strong belief that affiliate marketing is a valid and robust business model.
Your posts have been excellent. The article from SEMJ was interesting because it addresses and issue of incentivized lead gen which I am sure anyone with coreg experience knows about.
The additional fact that, according to the articles, affiliate marketing is not widely known and understood demonstrates that the business model is on a growth curve that will benefit all of us, even those entering this market now or in the near future.
