    The Power of Providing Value...

There's actually something you need to get from your prospects
BEFORE you ask them to buy anything. First and foremost, you
need to get their attention. This is essentially your TRUMP
card. When you've got the attention, the selling becomes
much easier because they are LISTENING.

So first you need to get their attention. And you do this
by providing incredible value. Give them a taste of what you
have to offer. Give them a video-course that shares some
of your VERY BEST strategies. Give them that golden nugget
that they can take and immediately start getting results.

Because when you provide remarkable value, you gain the
market's attention. You gain their trust. And this puts
you in a perfect position to then offer them your product.

Because by this time, they already know that you've got the
goods. They know you over deliver on your promises. And they
will be EXCITED to hear about your product.

In fact, if you really focus on providing insane value (even
in the content you give away). People will actually ASK
you if you have anything they can buy. They are literally
    looking for the buy button.

I have people email me on a weekly basis asking me if I have
anything for sale. And I'm always blown away. But it's because
I deliver extreme value in the content I give out for free.

So focus on providing VALUE. Because once you provide tremendous
value, the selling is simply a natural progression.

    To Your Success,

    Kim

Great post Kim - I have to agree with this 110%.

There are so many people out there just trying to "sell" to people.

If you forget that for a second and focus on actually helping people,
then quite often you can be more successful in the long run.

It's true that once somebody trusts you, they will feel comfortable
    spending money with you.

I've even had cases where people have seen lots of affiliates promoting
a product, but they've emailed me, asking if I have an affiliate link that
they could buy through, simply because they felt they wanted to "thank"
    me for helping them.

Not to mention (for me personally), it's much more satisfying to know
that you've been able to make a difference to someone and build a
    business at the same time.

    Yep!

Incredible things happen when you change your focus from...

How can I make more money?

    To...

How can I help more people?

Plus, it's just a lot more fun!

    Hey Kim

I have to agree...I recall starting out and thinking all I want is just a little help...just a little push to connect that last dot..and when I got it my online career was changed.

That is why I dedicated my next release to personally connecting with my customers and helping them 1 on 1. It's a big undertaking but I want my customers to have that emotional connection and feeling of success.

Yeah and that's the key that helped me in my business, to think more outside the box when it comes to marketing. At first all I could think about was PROFITS, PROFITS, PROFITS. Now I think more on the terms of Targeted Value and Filling a Want or Desire.

Kim - I don't know else to say except I agree as well!

Richard - I just received my Traffic Uncut DVD in the mail. I'm blown away and I've only watched the first three modules! Only 10 hours more of watching...lol. Not to mention second and third views This is probably the best product I have ever bought. Long story short, Richard has completely over-delivered and I respect the heck out of him for that. This course is full of golden nuggets and will completely change the course of my business.

I only really needed two things to get my mind on the right track: a ton of focus, and a course from a marketer whose aim was to help me, not to profit from me.

Thanks Richard, and Kim for this helpful post!

Thanks Kim! I agree! When I give away stuff people ask to be added to the list!

I agree with you. However, at times, this gathers a list of freebie seekers who are going to be with you as long as you provide free stuff but a alarmingly low percentage of them will buy when offered a product. A better option is to create a list of paid buyers. Maybe you can over deliver and gain their trust, but creating list by giving away free stuff has not really produced a converting list for me. I am talking about non-IM niches. I am not sure if the same applies to IM niches as well.

You've heard the saying you can get people to buy once... but they won't buy again if you don't provide real value. It's in both of your best interests to provide real value.
