Free stuffs will build you a massive list. When I first tried to build a list I decided to build a list with peoples who wanted to make money online and I collected some online paying survey sites and compiled as a free membership site.

And I just used the site address in my forum signature while I post in some other money making newbie forum. The peoples who are newbie and looking for free stuffs signed up for free (actually fell for it )

And I am not sure but I was able to built roughly 730+ in 4-5 months, But you must be careful because the list I built is full of freebie seekers, so selling to them will not be effective but CPA offers??? They are the winners.
