Re: How to find a HOT MARKET

    Thanks Curt.

It took me about 4 hours to put together this site, and once I did, I just let it sit for a minute because there has been so many product launches, I've been focusing on them before Christmas because the payouts are Quick, and always around $30 - $40 a sale.

Now that it seems to have "calm down" a little bit, then I'll be working on Link building for this site.

I will always stay in the Baby Niche because since I had a baby myself, I realized that Babies are very profitable (in an IM sense) and no matter what, there will always, always be Babies ! (Oh and that's my Son on the Header Image )

    About The Current Rankings:

If you type in my keyword phrase in Google, you'll see that my article at Ezines is on page 2 ranked #18, so this really isn't that bad for now.

Monday I will start building some strong links to the site, and it will climb tremendously.

Some linking I will be doing is to about 700 directories, Social Bookmarking, Parenting Forums, and I have a few little tricks of my own to withstand a steady position.

I will keep you updated. If you want to add me on Skype, my ad is phil.money

    Again, Thanks for the reply.

    Phil

    Free Keyword Research Tool

We created a neat little keyword research tool you can download for free. This tool will collect keywords and search volume from the free WordTracker and Keyword Discovery Source then you can check and see how many search engine competitors you have for each keyword. I hope this helps all those looking for a easy way to find keyword keywords and competition data.

You can learn about the free software at the link below, but you can use the other link to download the software directly without having to subscribe to our mailing list if you prefer.

Re: How to find a HOT MARKET

Wow! Some really great information here about finding a hot market.

The key to finding profitable markets is to tap into existing demand.

There are two types of visitors I want coming to my site: either one that is searching for a specific product or one that is desperate to fix a problem they have.

Both of these visitors are essentially on the "verge" of buying. They're not just searching for information. They're looking for very specific product names or specific solutions to their problem.

    Here are some examples:

The people searching for these phrases are desperate for a solution.

how to get rid of stretch marks
how to restore deleted files (very desperate market)
how to get your ex back
how to get rid of love handles
how to get rid of adware

You're looking for people who are desperate to solve their problem as quickly as possible.

The other keyword phrases I go after are specific product names.

    Some examples include:

    magic of making up
    the truth about abs
    fat loss 4 idiots
maclaren techno xt (specific stroller brand)

    Get the idea!

These are "buyer keyword phrases" that convert quickly and easily to sales.

Here are some of the places I go to to find hot markets:

http://pulse.ebay.com/ - About 40% of all internet transactions occur on Ebay. Ebay Pulse shows you which products are the most popular. Plus, you can get a ton of long-tail keyword ideas by scrolling though the listings.

http://www.43things.com/zeitgeist/re..._popular_goals - Find out what people most want to accomplish in life. There are definitely some juicy markets here. Some of them include losing weight, falling in love (dating niche), learning spanish, traveling the world, quit smoking, learn photography, learn to play the piano, and start a business.

http://www.magazines.com - If you find a magazine for a particular topic, it's most likely a hot market as well. People that buy magazines are usually passionate about the topic they are reading about. And these are the best types of markets to tap into.

Amazon.com gives you access to instant market research. Click on your desired category and you'll find all of the products listed by popularity. So, for example, if you go to the treadmill section on Amazon, you'll find exactly which treadmills are selling the best. Plus, you can find a ton of long tail "buyer keyword phrases"

http://www.howtodothings.com/browse-all-categories - This site is overflowing with niche market ideas.

    http://www.shopping.com/top_searches
    - The Shopping.com Consumer Demand Index is owned by eBay and one of the largest shopping networks online, making it an excellent research tool for finding out what sells.

They give the top 100 searches for each category. Talk some valuable
    market data and keyword research.

You can do the same thing at Yahoo Shopping. If you go to the stroller section and scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see a list of the "Top Searches" within that category. Click on the more link to see a list of over 300 of the top searches within the stroller category.

    http://shopping.yahoo.com/t-Stroller...gCdT5W0kRpWr8F

Extremely valuable keyword data that comes straight from searches made on Yahoo Shopping.

    Hope this helps!

Re: How to find a HOT MARKET

This thread is great. I signed up only yesterday to the forum and am seeing very valuable advice already.

Is it true that the Google Keyword tool is skewed towards keywords that Google wants you to use? I had not heard that before and found the tool helpful in the past.
