How and why did you get started in Internet Marketing

My start was(and still is)in Marketing Fitness programs. My Business Partner and I put together some very hardcore fitness programs designed for MMA fighters and those who want to look like MMA Fighters. It's a super tight niche but is becoming more and more competitive which keeps the value for the customer.

I have also done some work in the IM industry and have worked with one of JV Notify Pro's members on the creation of a product which will be due out in December.

The reason why...well I am actually passionate about it and find it enjoyable. I have been able to coach a couple of people in the fitness side on creating their own products, one of which had a thousand dollar day 10 days ago. That was very rewarding and it simply confirmed what many of us here already know, which is the power of the internet.

I started with my own web directory a couple years ago and although I made a few hunred dollars, I didn't like where the industry was headed....(selling PR), so I shutup shop and kept on searching for an idea.

I then came across the Warrior Forum and thats where I soon began to see the potential of list building...and I've never looked back.


Why? You ask.....I just CANT work for a boss for the next 40 years....it's too depressing...and I love the Internet so much, I wouldn't be happier working anywhere else.

I got stared totally by accident in 2004.

I came up with a bunch of stuff to help you launch your own consulting business (modeled after my own business and others I helped start), and gave it to a friend of mine who was trying to get her business off the ground.

When she got it and looked through all the stuff, she said "You should bundle this up and sell it on eBay. You'll make a FORTUNE!"

Well, far from it, although eBay did crank out some good $$$ for me.

Then one of my eBay customers, Charles Vezina, told me about ClickBank... One thing led to another and... well, I'm still here!

In year 1989 I was born.

As a baby, I set out a goal to become one of the richest people in the world... ok, maybe not that early. But somewhere in my childhood years, I found out that our household/family wasn't rich. Because of this, we couldn't afford many things and I realized my parents were working really hard to make money.

Out of the pain seeing them this way, I knew I was going to take charge of my future financial life.

Years go by, in year 2006 I graduated from highschool. In the holidays, I decided to search for information on how we can make money. It wasn't about making money online - yet, but soon enough, I was reading through pages and pages of info-marketing related materials.

Eventually, I found that I have a knack to sell on words. And studied to become an online copywriter.

Age 19 this year, I'm officially employed by few marketers - long term. It wasn't enough - I'm supposed to grow a business and become a billionaire some day. So here's a start, and I'm soon launching my book in year 2009...

Well for me, I've been a programmer for 20+ years, during the time I've started many businesses including an ISP which I ran from scratch until selling out to my major competitor.

Around 2000 I started getting into SEO and helping people out, but for some reason did not stick to it, and went back to programming (go figure!).

Actually I know why I did that, it was easy money. Very hard to give something up when you can earn so much money from it, practicaly without much effort.

Around 18 months ago I decided to put something back and setup my first free web traffic website and wrote a 120 page ebook. That website is still up and gets visitors every day and people love the information.

That inspired me to continue to where I am today have just had a very successful launch and now in business with my brother Anthony.

So the reason I started in Internet Marketing?

When I realized I could help people and do the "geek" stuff I love doing, and ultimately get paid for it.

I got bored with programming, but absolutely love helping people out. It's a great feeling doing this and getting feedback from people who appreciate your efforts make it all worth while.
