What Sould I do different this time?

I launched an IM product in february and tried to get 1 or 2 JV partners , which i failed miserably at doing.

The product sold around 400 copies on clickbank and the refund rate is showing as 0.35% on cbengine

I've decided to go all out on this product now and have hired a copywriter to redo my poor copy and ordered some really nice graphics . I've also added a free forum, & good bonus's and intend to increase the price so that affilaites earn $40 rather than the $30 the currently earn.

With a relaunch coming later this month what should I do to get 1 or 2 JV partners onboard given that this is not a new product any more?

Give the JV's 100% and build your list. Then leverage your list to do a list exchagnes with other JV's.

Also get some proff of the numbers you stated and then get more and more JV's to work with you.

Yep, I'll have to roll with Dr. Chuck on this one. Try using that RAP (Rapid Action Profits) script thingy and offering 100% paid instantly to your partners. Hit a price point of between $37 - $47/sale with 50% paid on the OTO...

So long as you have copy that converts I'm thinking people will freaking LINE UP to push that.

I'm about to play with this exact same idea right now. I'll let you know how it goes... but the goal is to focus on just exploding my list of "buyers". I'll easily sacrifice potential front end $$$ today in order to know if I hit the list with a fast promo next month I'll convert like crazy and be able to do that every few weeks.

Just a thought.

This really works well. I tell you people will come out the woodworks to push a 100% instant payout prodcut if it will convert well. Its like FREE money now.

Plus once you get some proff and build a list and name for yourself you will have more oppt. to work with other people.

a few questions:

I'm relatively new to IM...

1. I hear OTO a lot, what's that?

2. What is Rapid Action Profits script?

3. Sounds interesting about giving 100% profits thing... I have a $9.95 eBay guide I wrote that's been selling well, I may look into it. my question is, how do I ensure the customers get added to my mailing list if they buy my product? (I really would need to make sure bc I wouldnt be getting any money out of it...)

Hi Jordan,

An OTO is a one time offer....

It is set up like this

Buyer clicks order now button...they are then sent to the next page in your sequence which is a very special OTO at usually 20 to 30% of your initial offer and with something worth paying that much extra for.

As for ensuring your opt ins that again is simply done through using your auto responder code requiring your buyer to opt in then they get sent the opt in email with the confirmation link. Once they click the confirmation link they are sent a second email from your auto responder with the download link.
