Re: First thing to do -- take 2 minutes and introduce yourself ...
Hi,
My name is Leo di Milo and I have been selling other people's products for roughly 5 years now. Up to this point, my primary affiliate network has been from those who are in the HYIP and surf world (make money online networks) but over the past 6 months I have migrated over to the marketing niche more and more. (I have had good success with the HYIP crowd though as they are always looking for other ways to make money).
My new site is http://idiotaffiliate.com and I actually have entered the realm of building my first product for sale.
I look forward to becoming an active member for this forum.
Re: First thing to do -- take 2 minutes and introduce yourself ...
Hi everybody,
I have been working online now for almost a year full time, and I have always avoided forums and especially posting to forums, but now I took the leap of one on one conversation with all the marketers out there...
Well I am glad to be here, and I hope I can contribute in a positive way to each and everyone here! May you all have great success!!! ;)
Hope to get to know you all a lot better
Have a great day
Danie

Hello Admin and All,
The name's Aled Davis and I am delighted to be on board. Just past the newbie stage and into IM like a 'rat up a drainpipe' ( translates as 'well motivated to do well') ;D
Have been playing with IM whilst doing a heavy travelling day job and now realise you cannot play at it! Now full time and really looking forward to an initial JV in the near future. Ego-centric strengths might be copywriting, thinking out of the box (having got stuck in there in the first place), a real whizz at Domain Names and super good at expenditure on IM Products. Have an opt-in list of <100 to offer any big name gurus who might be interested in a real challenge. ::)
Best Wishes and Good Luck To All
Aled

Hi to everyone at JVNotifyPRO.
It is great to join you, and thanks to Mike for such a useful forum.
I came to IM via, what some might say, a roundabout route. I have an online niche business selling physical products - kits for DIY Valve/Tube amplifiers - and 'found' IM through a desire to improve traffic.
As a by-product I have become enthralled with IM itself. And, having spent the past 18 months learning everything I can, hope to put something back into the community soon!
I wish all of you the best of luck with your enterprises, whatever they may be.

Introduction from a Corporate workhorse that's new to IM
Hey everyone,
I'm Steve; relatively new to IM although I've been active in Corporate Internet for quite a few years.
I'm really not sure how I got here but can obviously see the huge benefits in being a member.
Having read Mike's rant - I'm not sure how much to say regarding my new venture but I will continue reading and get a feel for what's acceptable and what's not. In my short time in IM; I've definatley been guilty of creating "information overload" and sometimes wondered if it would all work itself out?
The one thing I can tell you is that my new venture is desperate for JV's and in particular content. The site goes live on the 10th Sept when I return from a Derek Gehl seminar in Orlando; which I'm really excited about attending (my first bootcamp).
Well, that's it from me for now. Looking forward to actually communicating with you all.
To all our success.
Steve.

Hi everybody,
I'm David Allen from Vancouver Canada.
I'm a 45 year old certified journeyman painter/restoration specialist, singer and songwriter.
Over the past 7 years I've 'dabbled' in online marketing and have had some success
here and there.
I love to write, design, create and help others when ever possible.
Because in the end, that's what I realize works best - sincerely wanting to help others
improve and succeed.
Nice meeting you all and feel free to say hello anytime!
David
Re: First thing to do -- take 2 minutes and introduce yourself ...
Hi Mike/Everybody,
My name is Joel Holtzman. I am 30 years old and I have been the 'go to' techie for many Im'ers such as Jonathan Mizel over the years. I've slowly learned the 'jv ropes' by partnering with fellow warriors including a man who has become a good friend in Willie Crawford. Working with these guys helped me realize one thing;
I have a lot to learn.
And I look forward to doing just that. While I am well versed in the world of
'geek', I am ready to take my IM education and career to the next level. Ironically, that was my first intention
in 1998, but I got sidetracked a bit for 9 years ;)
One thing I am thankful for, though, is the countless relationships I have made from 'big names' to newbies just like me. Hopefully that can continue here.
Thank you for this community and for your time.
Joel
