What is the fastest way to build your army of affiliates. What works for you?

I've setup a two tier affiliate program... Do you think it was a good decision to take?...

P.S . I want to thank you all for guiding me in my product creation... Your advices are of great help... I want to acknowledge you all by placing your photo and url(s) on my sales letter... :)

Two tier programs are great, but they take a lot more work...

Depends on what your goals are. Clickbank and Paydotcom are far easier to get up and running, but I keep hearing great things about the Butterfly script.

One of the fastest ways to build your army of affiliates is to create an Intense Prize Giveaway.

You notice many big launches have a certain # of prizes that make the launch very interesting and competitive.

We are very competitive by nature and who doesn't want to be involved in a challenge?

If you know how to drive traffic, you should desire to promote a product launch that's offering prizes.

That's my tip for the day. Use it and profit!

Fastest way to build an army of affiliates (I hope it helps :) ) -

1.) Let them know what they're getting into,
or will get out of it
2.) Make it easy for them to signup
3.) Continue to make your affiliate program known through any ways.

The fastest way is to probably register your product on Clickbank and from there, your product is open to a large army of people looking for products to promote.

Secondly, it is very important that on you have a link for affiliates on your sales page. There are those people who only go on sales pages to see whether they want to promote the product.

I used Clickbank to set up my affiliate program in one of my niches. I also used the download/thank you page of my products to promote my affiliate program as well and then ensure they opt in to an affiliate list in order to continuously contact them.

What is one of the fastest ways to build your army of affiliates?

I have an answer nobody else mentioned and it seems very obvious to me; while other people might have a hard time with this…

If you are promoting an Internet Marketing ebook, service or tool; if your product is worth the electrons and your potential customer’s time, shouldn’t you use that same information or tool to find the people who would be your customers?!

Think about it for a moment, you write about “How To” get all kinds of traffic and or conversions to a site yet you aren’t using those same methods to gather affiliates? Something is wrong with that kind of information or tool if you can’t put it to work to get you those same targeted affiliates you ask about here.

I’ve only recently joined this forum because of a friend’s recommendation because I have always used the things I wrote and sold to bring me the customers I wanted and then offered them the opportunity to become an affiliate only after they were satisfied with the product they bought from me.

I think you should try this first and foremost. If it doesn’t work then I suggest you re-evaluate the worth of the products you create and that you want to sell.

The BFMarketing script is perfect for turning customers (paid and free) into affiliates.

But remember... you are only as good as your offer. The better your offer... the more likely affiliates will jump onboard. This could mean increasing commissions or adding sales quota incentives... and of course affiliate/JV competitions.

These will definately help to increase conversions of affiliates who ACTUALLY promote your product(s).
