Hello - New member here and hopes it is as good as been told ;)

Hi,

My name is Karl and I am a very active member on a private affiliate forum, where I enjoy helping others in anyway I can.

From that help came the suggestion I should write an ebook on my squidoo affiliate methods. One of the members from that forum who I talked too about his upcomming book is Craig Beckta and he felt it would be useful for me to join this forum.

I hope he will take the time to confirm my willingness to take time to help others ;)

So here's the question...

Having now almost finished my squidoo affiliate method book and now working on the salespage. When is a good time to launch and, seeing as this is a JV forum, how do I best approach you to JV with me?

PS, Craig said I should also get a picture of myself to put on this forum... so I'll dig up a nice cheesy pic of my boatrace for ya to laugh at.

At the moment I am setting it all up and looking for JVs. Whilst I would like to have a rocking launch with lots of get JVs... if I dont get them, do you think I should just open and work it myself?

yes, its only on Squidoo. With around 22 - 25 k words at the moment, I am aiming for 30k of solid content. Many people know the power of squidoo, but so many miss-use it and leave so much $$$ on the table. I think after reading this book those people will create much better, long lasting, high google #, lenses.

Nice to meet you. I agree that Squidoo is a highly under utilized method and I confess I had tried it once for a project about a year ago, but never really used it to it's full advantage.

As for when and how to get your launch going, there are several very informative threads on this message board on various subjects on joint ventures. I found it extremely useful just browsing through the old posts and reading them.
