Already profitable business, need advice on getting a JV.

I own a fresh network marketing business that runs with a variety of clothing as its product. In the past week, we have had $3600 in preorders, and the site isn't even out yet.

The issue that I now face is that I can't find a manufacturer who can make the items that I need for the price I need, because I'm in-between individually making it myself and hiring a large, bulk-only company from overseas.

I'm not asking for anyone here, I believe there is another section for it. I'm just wondering how I should go about this, so I don't step on the toes of any admins or rules.
