Here are some of the strategies I use to keep my big
partners enthusiastic about promoting products.

Once you have a joint venture partner you will want to do
everything for them. From writing the emails they send out,
to making sure they have the right link to promote your
product to reminding them to actually send out the email.

You will need to be clear and upfront on the compensation
they will receive from the sales they generate and
preferably provide them with a system that they can login
to so they can check their stats.

Pay them on time and if they did a really good job you may
want to consider boosting their commissions or providing
some sort of bonus so they remain loyal to you.

A lot of bigger launches have prizes, this really motivates
joint venture partners – if you are doing a big launch I
highly recommend doing this.

Also help them out in the future, review the offers they
give you and return the favor sometime by promoting them.
