Shon Ingram-Senior Case Management Tele-Consult
My name is Shon Ingram. I am the lead case manager with Eldercare Life Solutions in Knoxville, TN. We are a geriatric case management firm that works with seniors and their families to help them navigate through the issues involved with aging and finding resources for seniors. Once of the issues that we see constantly is that people in rural areas of the United States don't have access to our services as most care management companies are located in larger cities.
We have developed a tele-consultation package that will allow anyone across the United States to have access to a care manager and their team of legal, medical and financial consultants. This package will include a 15 minute free consultation, followed by a one hour meeting via phone or Skype. At the conclusion, a written report will be emailed to the client with suggestions on the issues they presented our team.
The JV partner will receive a 40% commission while their prospects receive a 10% commission on sales.
