Are you talking about a clickbank cart order page? We need more information to be able to help you on this...

If it is the clickbank cart where people are stopping, make sure your cart price matches the info on the sales page...

Order form impressions are when your visitors click to order, not when they fill out the order form and click that...

Sorry, but that's not a sale yet... soon they will start converting though!

The most common reason for this is because the price / offer is not explained clearly enough on the sales page - so they click the order link button to get the final answer... and then don't like what they see.

Look at your sales page for the answer.

Have you also thought of adding a small pop up on exit if they "don't order" asking them why??
