Which one you prefer and why?

Approaching new JV's everyday hoping to get some response.

OR

Making relationship better with your existing JV's.

Well it is the $64000 question isn't it :)

I try to always gather NEW JV partners, but it is difficult due to saturation. Everyone is after the same names :)

HOWEVER...

Any existing JV's you have - know other JVS that you may not, so if you look after the ones you know ----

You can thewn ASK THEM to intro you to others you may not have gotten in touch with alone.

Well said Ray totally agree I would also recommend taking on a JV manager if they have the right contacts they can open many doors.
