Hi Guys,

I am interested in getting some help recruiting affiliates. Our program is just starting out, but I have already put over $50,000 into the product and hired the best copywriter in the country to write the sales letter.

I am not going to talk numbers here, but I am open to bid proposals. I am open to either a flat (per hour) or per project fee, or profit sharing payouts. Maybe even a combination of both.

Hey Jason,

Affiliate management is a long-term gig, so neither an hourly rate nor a flat fee will work out for either party.

Neither option gives the AM the incentive to work hard(er).

Profit sharing, or a combo involving profit sharing, is definitely the way to go :)
