Hi, a newbie to internet marketing here. I have been reading lots of info products on marketing and this forum has been mentioned many times over. Just wanted to introduce myself and join this wonderful community. I'm another Techie moving into the marketing arena (should be fun).

That's good your a techie because you'll probably make money a lot faster. When I started, I didn't know nothing about building a website or blog. It took me like 3 months to finally get it right.

Thanks a lot for the support guys. I think having an IT background will help me from the analytical side as I was an analyst for a long time. From what I have seen so far IM is about number crunching, tracking and making adjustments, with a gist of project management for project completion. I still have a lot to learn though and JVNotify seems like a great place to start.
