Hi,
I have offer a good commission to JVs, but it seems like getting the potential JVs to reply
is tough. Is it because the product not attractive enough? Or is it that 80% payout and
access to all the products are not good enough?
Can you share with me is this common?

Hey, Stella.
One reason may be that you're putting the cart before the horse ... as far as I can see.
Your fellow JVNP partners that have made good use of this community have first introduced themselves, posted a profile about themselves and what their business is about in the appropriate category, and taken the time to ask questions and provide answers when possible to help build their credibility, self brand, gain trust and respect ... they let valuable content get folks interested, and allow their sig file to give partners a way to find out more without looking like they are desperate ... or only out for themselves.
I'm not one to believe that learning Online Business, Internet Marketing, and JV Marketing should occur at the same time ... you should have a firm grasp of what it takes to make money Online before you venture into JVs, IMHO. That way, you have something to bring to the table.
A few of the exceptions may be if you're an established software developer, graphic artist, webmaster/author, or you specialize in an area that would be of benefit to an established Online Marketer ... (even if it is simply interviewing established Marketers in a specific niche to create a product ... though you'd still have to have it in a Marketable state when bringing it to the prospective partner) and you negotiate a deal to allow them to either split commission or have co author rights in return for their Marketing ability.
If that isn't the case, you'll have to work on building your self brand, Marketing system, email list, and how your offerings are perceived (does your site and it's offerings represent you well, in terms of professionalism?). If you have a list, reach out to a partner you'd like to work with and become an affiliate ... sell a few of their products, and do what you can to get them to know you better (join their newsletters, interact on their blogs and in their forums, etc.). Qualify other partners into you mini Alliance, and you'll have the ability to cross promote each other ... using that leverage to grow faster as a group than you would have been able to do on your own, BUT ... truly successful JV Marketing starts with the first partner that reciprocates.

In addition, it would appear that you're bundling products you have master resale rights to ... a good way to start out selling a product on your own ... but not the best when trying to bring on JV partners. Your own product will almost undoubtedly attract more partners. Up till a year or two ago, you might pull it off and do well (JV partner wise) ... but not now, IMHO.

Your points is so right, I will do up the necessary changes before I push for more JVs.
Of cos if possible, I will have my own product too.
But first, I will have to gear up on the attraction part for sure.
I have only manage to put up the Testimonials which I believe will have a little help in
one way or another.
Nest I will be revamping the looks of the EBooks and the page.

Hey Stella,
Some of the language on your page is a bit stale dated..for example...none of the "big guns" use the word ebook any longer. It has somewhat of a negative connotation.
Generally these type of offerings are referred to as reports or something similar.
There is also a spelling error in your opening headline which will immediately cause your hard earned traffic to click the back button.
Different should be Difference.
Just my thoughts...hope it goes well for you.

Simply a numbers game -
The folks you really want in your corner get bombarded with requests on a daily
basis. Furthermore they can only email to their lists so often before people say
"enough of your sales messages" and hit the unsubscribe link.
This makes it tricky for a new person to get their foot in the door ...
If your product is launching the same week as a big name then all the
other "gurus" will promote the name that is recognized and more of a
safe bet.
My first launch did fine, made me 5k for a months work and continues to
sell to this day. However I rushed things ...
With my own upcoming launch in about ten days I have slowed myself down.
Did a soft launch with the product to get positive feedback and testimonials
and did it inside another guru's membership site.
This got my foot in the door with one guru that led to the next and so on.
Note I also spent a pretty penny on graphics and took my time with a
long sales copy.
The end result is:
- My Product Looks As Good As Any Guru's Out Their
- My Product is Backed by One Guru that leads to another
- My Product has testimonials (audio) from people getting results with my methods
Take your time, understand their are many like you trying to get a
"foot in the door" and do what ever you can to stand out.

Please forgive me but I am going to take your pages apart piece by piece describing what I think is wrong. This my opinion and I hope it can help you.
First of all the copy is very weak, you need to proofread everything.
You put different in the headline instead of "difference."
You need some sort of clear niche, remember many partners here deal with internet marketing products, "work from home" products, and similar things. You are giving away books on how to have a good interview and continue or get a 9-5 job, your offers seem a bit counterproductive.
I also think putting the cents amount of the products there doesn't help much.
Also to really understand what the page is about, you have to read every word, which frankly I did not the first time through, and many people do not either. You need to suck people in better with a catchier headline, try using numbers. Maybe "How A (insert occupation and/age) can help you survive the recession and not be of the (number) people who have lost their jobs and any hope of a happy christmas" its not anything great but its a starting point.
Of course also make a name for yourself.
I think you should use a capture page first instead of jvmanager software, the products can just be on a regular page without a need to login. Update the page when you add downloads.
Honestly, the third testimonial is weird, the guy talks about sex, not really selling material. Sure sex sells, but this isn't what I mean.
I think after the optin page you should lead directly to the sales page, then have an upsell.
Lets get to the sales page...
You should put the headline in all red. Include a false time constraint like "one time offer" or "you will never see this offer again" there are even scripts that will include a timer for you. There are also coupon scripts that will show a higher price by the check out button and have the option of entering a coupon code (given to everyone on the page, but you say its only if they order now, or by midnight tonight) and that would lower it to the sale price.
The upsell can be a few more books in a similar niche, to "complete their collection" the price can either go up or down, I recommend down since this is your first product. Also you want to continuously show that you overdeliver.
Now lets get to the real problem why nobody is a JV partner. The price is only $8, these gurus who make thousands daily would profit a meager $6.40 on your offer. The price is way to low to offer any real incentive. Alsdo what are you trying to accomplish. All you can really gain here are random buyer leads, nothing targeted that you can mail to at a later time.
The sales page has no testimonials, or product reviews, by default almost saying "please be my first customer."
There is no other way to say this, but the product selection is horrendous. They are all different topics that appeal to almost completely different niches. Sorry to say but I would consider you lucky to have more than 10 sales.
Also your no thanks sentence is to out there, put it some lines below, and make it black like regular text. You should talk about every ebook in the package, what if someone has no interest in any of those topics, but they are madly obssessed with one of the other products.
Ok here is where I show you how to make this work.
From the get go, use an optin page with just a headline, subheadline, a short paragraph then some bullet points. Give away 1 maybe 2 ebooks, but sell the rest. Either immdiately sell the first package, include 5-10 of the products on your current sales page, but with info on all of them. Offer plr rights oe resale rights if you can, and sell this as a plr package, that I think is your best and seemingly only bet. This will not work jv's so just use this stuff to build a small list.
Upsell/downsell the rest of the complete package, also with plr or resale rights. Also you state some questions that people may have, but you dont answer them, you should have a faq section on the sales page, something short. Only necessary on the first salesletter then mention on the up/downsell that the same rules apply.
Honestly I suggest you target a specific niche and get products in that niche specificaly then go about the steps I mention above. I hope this helps, yay for my first post.

Ok I am glad I was able to help.
In the mean time you should also search for a few more plr products. Again it may still be hard to get partners with the plr products, but you can still offer it.
Since it seems you have a jv manager script, I suggest you try a few giveaways first. You can go to giveawayannouncer.com and try to get some partners here, then use that to build your list first, then you can sell products and jv opportunities to that list as well.
Join some giveaways and model yours after theirs in terms of the oto page, and maybe even price yours lower if you so choose.

This is my first day here in this forum and this is my first ever post. In fact, this is also the very first thread that I opened thanks to the title of your thread. Well, I can't claim myself as an expert but thought I should also tell you what I felt after I went through your site. I'll keep it short.
I actually couldn't figure what your site is about ? Well, it seems that you are giving away ebooks for free. But for that you are asking your visitors to sign up for a membership. I am a bit surprised to see that it isn't a simple opt-in form but a membership sign-up. I was ready to opt-in but hesitated when I realized that it's a membership. What I mean to say, don't you think it a bit optimistic to expect people sign up for memberships that are easily available everywhere on the net ?
I also think (please don't mind) that the site doesn't look very professional. The header graphic has nothing to do with the subject matter of your site. And it would have been better if you could have it inside the rounded corner background box. You can also get rid of the Table borders (Don't know if you kept the borders deliberately).
You can see that I just repeated what others said. But hearing the same from more and more people might urge you to do whatever you need to do.
