Objective: To secure a full time income stream and expand my contacts in the virtual community of the internet so that I might better serve in my fellow man through collaborative relationships and grow as a leader.
The main goal is to be a useful contributor to make my world better and my life point to a greater good.

Experience: A life built on strong moral character and practical concerns for making the world a better place has been the main driver that has catapulted Richard Paille’ down the road of success. He has acquired a solid education, vast experience and skills developed from a variety of business relationships over the last 40 years.
Richard Paille’ has been licensed to practice real estate since 1973. Mr. Paille’ presently operates a small real estate brokerage office. Hart and Co., an internet marketing venture, serves on several boards and owns a portfolio of investments.
Operating in Sonoma County, his current real estate sales company has existed for more than 20 years and enjoys a good reputation within the brokerage community.
Work experience in a wide range of the real estate market place has included sales, marketing, appraisal, property management and mortgage originations. Richard has emerged as a leader in many of the organizations where he has worked, fostering new ideas, business expansions and increased business opportunities.
