I was taught to respect my seniors. Through the years I have observed that it is increasingly hard to find them. In my early years I was a career naval officer, a carrier pilot flying to and from aircraft carriers. The Navy must have thought I was one of the dumbest ones they signed on, since they kept sending me to school to smarten me up.
I was lucky, and had a variety of commands afloat over a 28-year career. After retiring from the navy, I had a 24-year career in financial services and investments where I made friends and learned the fundamentals of a field new to me, but one I had experienced from the customer side. Since then, the internet has developed, and I hope to learn how to succeed in internet commerce from those of you who are skilled in its intricacies. It's exciting for me to join and learn from you who are experienced in the field.
