Don't Give Up, That Second Wind Is Coming



The first day back at something that you've
been away from for a while, like a sport,
is always the worst. You're out
of shape and your coach is pushing you to
your limits.

It feels like every other second you need to
take a break. You're sweating buckets and
you've got one of those stomach cramps that
just won't go away.

Man is that experience the opposite of fun.

and by the time you get to the end you're
thinking "that wasn't so bad."

begins to feel like a thousand pound weight.

It's physically painful and your mind starts
