Hello... I'm Paul and I run several websites on various themes, with members who may be interested in some of the offers from JV'ers here. I'm also developing some products, relating to web 2.0 and other useful areas.Would like to know more about:pre-launch planning, including JV'spost-launch support planning

Hello All,

Sharlene Raven here (and Scott, for those who know him :) )

I don't usually post much on forums but I do read a lot so that I may learn as much as I can. I have picked up a LOT of great information here in this community.

I just realized that I have never formally introduced myself here. Many of you already know who I am or at least know Scott. He was very active in IM before he became to sick to run our business and threw it in my lap. ;D

I just want to say thanks to Mike for building such a great community. I have been fortunate to promote quite a few JV's that I got through JV Notify and some of them have been fairly profitable. I would have missed the boat otherwise.

Hello JVNP Community,

I think I was amongst the initial group invited when Mike launched this site but just realized I never made this post. In fact, it appears I haven't made any posts. Not sure if that's accurate but I've never feared starting over so here goes...

I'm Rob Fighter (you may not know me but have probably heard of my kids...Prize, Fire and Freedom). Ok, that's my slightly overused opening line for every live presentation I've ever done ;-)

Anyway, I hope to become a much more active member of this community. I'm someone who's been marketing online since '94 (and even long before then through BBSs/CompuServe, etc -but now I'm dating myself). I've spent the great majority of that time behind the scenes and in the shadows. One exception many of you may remember was when I took over The Free Agent Path from Mark Joyner back in'03. Unfortunately, that was a cool site and concept in many ways but it just didn't work out in the end (for me at least) and I chose to shut it down in '05.

I've been fortunate to have some great success and be be involved with a bunch of high profile stuff over the years but mostly initiatives involving the corporate world as opposed to the traditional online marketer world. Recently, I've come through some personal challenges that enabled me to see things differently and refocus on what I really want to do. As a result, I've shut down a lot of sites, sold others and kind of started all over again.

I have a number of lists in various niches and am in the process of rebuilding and integrating the lists I have in the marketing niche. Once this is complete I hope to be able to help many members here with their launches and promotions. I also have a few new products and launches of my own forthcoming and look forward to prospering with the members here who jump on board.

I've acquired a great deal of knowledge and experience over the last 20 years in sales and marketing both online and offline and I sincerely enjoying helping people. If there's something that has you stumped or you need someone to bounce ideas off of I'm always willing to help how/where/when I can. I'm approachable too so don't be shy ;-)

I look forward to meeting those of you I haven't and strengthening relationships with those I have.

More to follow...

Hi Everybody,

I'm Tim Edwards. Why am I using TK Edwards? Well, if you google Tim Edwards you get a bunch of other people, but if you google TK Edwards you get me. Might be something you want to look at, branding yourself or your company name. By the way the full name is Timothy Keith Edwards.

I've been Internet Marketing for a while still part time, I'm a network admin in my real job.
I hope to make the Internet my real job soon, but like most newbies I'm making all the common mistakes and learning as I go.

Best of Luck to Everybody!
Hope I can make a contribution to the Forum, It looks like it is going to be a real Success!

Another tip, pick a domain name that is relevant and has your keyword(s) in it.
I still use this as my primary site but building traffic has been a slow process.

Hello everyone,
My name is Allen F Sunderlin and I am a completely new to this. I am here to learn how to sell on the Internet. I am 53 yrs old and unemployed at this time. I lost a job of 23 years with the Boeing company last year due to some personal issues so I have lots of time on my hands and am willing to work long hours to learn the ins and outs of Internet Marketing. So far I have a web site that is quite crude but is good for practice. I have a few affiliates some of which I need to drop because I am just wasting my time with them. Of course I am looking for the next big thing. Even though I wouldn't know what to do with it if I found it. That is why I am here, to learn from you guys and to give back to others in the future what I hope to learn.
Thanks for havin' me

This is my first post here in the forum.

I have been marketing online for a couple years and had various successes but never really got too serious with it. Ive always been too busy with my day-job!

Anyway, ive been posting on a couple other forums for the last 3 months and got some really great info. I have re-written my info-product and currently doing test marketing in preparation for a new launch this year. I'm sure i'll find some great info here in this forum especially regarding JV's which I know are going to take my results to the next level!

Hi! I'm Michael McCleve. I've been online for a couple years now and have yet to taste sweet success. I've just finished up an info product that combines the Law of Attraction and Leadership. I'm waiting for Clickbank to give me the final nod of approval and then I'm ready to launch. It's been on a shoestring budget so I've done everything myself.

My interests are not in the field of internet marketing but in leadership and management. I'm a professional trainer and speaker by trade - though I'm not currently employed. That puts a bit of pressure on the need for success online, too.

Anyway, looking forward to looking around and getting to know folks.

Hi, my name is Terri Shearer. I've been in the e-learning world since 1996 and am looking to take that expertise to a new market. I've been dabbling with online marketing but am just now getting serious enough to spend a lot of time with it. I think I purchased every Internet Marketing couse, book, video out there and then never had enough time to implement what I learned. I decided to jump off the deep end when I quit my consulting gig and worked all summer to make my first info product. I hope to have the website homehealthcarebooks.com up and running soon. The info product all 3+ hours of it is completed complete with video and audio.

I also got interested in eBay and product marketing several years ago. I've been moderately successful with my online wedding dress store www.shearbridal.com (http://www.shearbridal.com) but am looking to sell that business so I can concentrate full time to my other ventures.

I think there are many areas in which I can help those on this forum and hope there are people that can help me as well. I'm especially looking for JV help with my new home health care book and would love to hear from anyone that is interested in that niche.

Hey all,

My names Dane Bergen and I've been referred here by a member of the Warrior Forum who said this forum is great.

My hobbies are bodybuilding and weight lifting. A goal in this area is to beat the Australian Bench Press record this year.

Of course I also love my online business, it's the best choice I've made in my life - I quit university and my full time job to pursue my online business and have already have some big successes :)

I'm launching a product on the 29th of August called PPC Prophecy which I've been working pretty hard on for the last few months and am very anxious to get it going.

I'm sure I will get some great tips and help from this forum and of course will do my best to help others!

See you all round!

Hi,

My name is Leo di Milo and I have been selling other people's products for roughly 5 years now. Up to this point, my primary affiliate network has been from those who are in the HYIP and surf world (make money online networks) but over the past 6 months I have migrated over to the marketing niche more and more. (I have had good success with the HYIP crowd though as they are always looking for other ways to make money).

My new site is http://idiotaffiliate.com and I actually have entered the realm of building my first product for sale.

I look forward to becoming an active member for this forum.

The name's Aled Davis and I am delighted to be on board. Just past the newbie stage and into IM like a 'rat up a drainpipe' ( translates as 'well motivated to do well') ;D
Have been playing with IM whilst doing a heavy travelling day job and now realise you cannot play at it! Now full time and really looking forward to an initial JV in the near future. Ego-centric strengths might be copywriting, thinking out of the box (having got stuck in there in the first place), a real whizz at Domain Names and super good at expenditure on IM Products. Have an opt-in list of <100 to offer any big name gurus who might be interested in a real challenge. ::)

Hi to everyone at JVNotifyPRO.

It is great to join you, and thanks to Mike for such a useful forum.

I came to IM via, what some might say, a roundabout route. I have an online niche business selling physical products - kits for DIY Valve/Tube amplifiers - and 'found' IM through a desire to improve traffic.

As a by-product I have become enthralled with IM itself. And, having spent the past 18 months learning everything I can, hope to put something back into the community soon!

I wish all of you the best of luck with your enterprises, whatever they may be.

Hey everyone,
I'm Steve; relatively new to IM although I've been active in Corporate Internet for quite a few years.

I'm really not sure how I got here but can obviously see the huge benefits in being a member.

Having read Mike's rant - I'm not sure how much to say regarding my new venture but I will continue reading and get a feel for what's acceptable and what's not. In my short time in IM; I've definatley been guilty of creating "information overload" and sometimes wondered if it would all work itself out?

The one thing I can tell you is that my new venture is desperate for JV's and in particular content. The site goes live on the 10th Sept when I return from a Derek Gehl seminar in Orlando; which I'm really excited about attending (my first bootcamp).

Well, that's it from me for now. Looking forward to actually communicating with you all.

To all our success.

Steve.

Hi Mike/Everybody,

My name is Joel Holtzman. I am 30 years old and I have been the 'go to' techie for many Im'ers such as Jonathan Mizel over the years. I've slowly learned the 'jv ropes' by partnering with fellow warriors including a man who has become a good friend in Willie Crawford. Working with these guys helped me realize one thing;

I have a lot to learn.

And I look forward to doing just that. While I am well versed in the world of
'geek', I am ready to take my IM education and career to the next level. Ironically, that was my first intention
in 1998, but I got sidetracked a bit for 9 years ;)

One thing I am thankful for, though, is the countless relationships I have made from 'big names' to newbies just like me. Hopefully that can continue here.

Thank you for this community and for your time.

Hello everyone,

I'm Michael S. Copeland, the Vision Knight. I help people take their ideas and formulate their vision. Ideas are great but if you don't have that vision, that beacon, then you don't have a direction to go. I like to help people start that roadmap and prioritize all of the ideas based on the needs of the person and their business. Without a roadmap you don't really know where you're going or how to get there. I'm in the process of developing a program to help you all in this arena. You'll see my notice informing you all of a JV opportunity.

I also am big into the Law of Attraction and have a free community site, http://TheSecretGathering.com, to help people grow. I am looking for various JV and affiliates opportunities in this arena currently.

Another thing I do, and it's not really advertised anywhere, is I do critiques. I have worked at BIG dot.com's and have a number of domains myself. I am able to critique a website from the look and feel, and functionality aspects of the user. I also critique products, business plans, and proposals. My experience allows me to see and do these quickly. Again, there's no real candy coating. I'm blunt and straight forward. Don't ask me to critique something and then take what I say personally.

I look forward to working with some of you.

Sincerely,
Michael S. Copeland

I'm still in college, so doing both a lot of things since I have other responsibilities is very hard, but I hope to meet more people who help each other and share each other's knowledge. Hi everyone,

....I managed to find the right forum to introduce myself....

I have been doing IM for 2.5 years. I started off selling info-products to niche markets using the Underachiever method (& Ultra Underachievers - mentored by Ed Dale and Frank Kern). This worked!!! But it was only in small tiny niches so even though there were profits, the profits were small.

Then Web 2.0 happened - and I have Ed Dale to thank for his 3rd Thirty Day Challenge - this really opened the door to getting free traffic from all kinds of Social Networking sites.

To cut a long story short (Goodbye Adsense. Goodbye Co-Reg) , I have now moved on to my own IM products.

The ONE thing I have learned from other IM friends and partners is this:

The best way to promote your product is via Joint Ventures. That's when I was recommended to your great community.

Best,
Chris

My name is Justin Mandel and I have been studying IM for the past 11 months. I am getting ready in a few more days to launch my *first* IM product - an eBook, so I am in here to do more homework on JV's!

I feel that I have a good handle on alot of facets of IM, but the slippery JV and elusive "link cloaking" are two things that I need to get more information on!

My niche is healthcare practitioners and will eventually branch out to do IM coaching, which I am doing a little bit on the side - WITHOUT ever launching a product! Currently, I am doing sales letter rewrites with IM coaching as a freebie for those that use my services.

I have studied the greats and would like to follow in their footsteps...time will tell!

I can be found mostly in the Warrior Forum, which is how I found out about Mike the jvnotifypro site.

So, much thanks to Mike for doing putting together this website and I look forward to a pleasant stay!!

Best,

Justin

P.S. If you have are in possession of a list with healthcare practitioners, please send me an email!!!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jason, and I'm a freelance web designer and SEO consultant based in North Carolina, USA.

I found this forum after searching for more information on Internet Marketing, and JV specifically, since my business partner and I are collaborating on an eBook / Video series to aimed at helping small business owners establish a business blog.

So thanks in advance for all the information I'm sure to learn from here, and I look forward to perhaps working with some of you in the future.

Sincerely,

Jason

Hi Everyone,

My name is Darren Kaye,

I've been online for about 3 years, the first couple at the very low end. Over the last year or so I have been working in a partnership with my brother in law, we are primarily minisite designers and work under the name of Graphics Genie.

I like to network, have a few products out there at the moment.

What I believe will be our first BIG project will be launched on the 10th December 2007

I will hopefully through this forum, meet like minded individuals and build some long term Jv partners and friends

Regards

Hi Charles,

Well basically, we have seen a couple of packages based around video skins over the last few months.

Our package is much better quality and much much bigger. (Please see my sig for prelaunch page)

We have hired a great copywriter and have already got a few JV's on board, if anyone would be interested in knowing more please let me know and I will answer your questions.

Look forward to hearing from people

Hi Everyone,

I don’t know why it took me so long to get on board this fabulous resource but better late then never as they say.

I have a Computer Science degree from the University of Toronto but have been making a living solely from online marketing for about 3 years now. I have multiple profitable products on the web and love internet marketing.

It is my belief that the most important factor for online success is effective web copy. It is also the hardest to obtain. Luckily for me I am a talented copywriter and I have to say that being able to write my own copy that converts has been, in my opinion, my biggest asset. So if any of you need some help or pointers on you’re copy feel free to ask.

Hope to talk to all of you soon!

Hello one and all!
My name is Ralph Wilhelm and I hail from Harrisburg Pa where the gentle glow from three mile island gently warms our days and nights.(lol)

But seriously I am a 52 year old dockworker trying to make ends meet by offering a membership site
geared towards Master and Private label rights products.

I have joined today to learn all I can about how to promote my site to its fullest. I have only been at this for a little while but I have been through adwords, traffic exchanges, etc. I hope to be able to find some one or some group to help me achieve my fullest potential.

Any and all help will be gratefully accepted

Best Regards

Hi EverOne!

This is Marcus Schroefel and I'm glad to be member of this exciting joint venture community.

I have been on the internet since 1997 and started doing "my own stuff" in 2003.
In 2004 I finished University with a Master Degree in Social Sciences. At that time
I was already so infected by internet marketing and publishing, that I choose to go
the IM way.

I'd love to contribute and share and hope that some of my little knowledge can be valueable for other members.

Also I'm eager to learn new stuff (which I think must be all of us...) get to know more about you and for sure hot for cool joint ventures.

That's it for now - have a great start into 2008!

Thanks!

Marcus

Budhi

I'm from a home design background and I think that sometimes it is better to come into a market as a newbie because you have a very different view of how things can be done.

Chad Curl

Hi Everyone,

I recently joined JV Notify Pro and I've really enjoyed the helpful posts I've read. But, I figured it was time to introduce myself...

My name is Chad Curl and I have been involved (to some degree or another) in Internet Marketing for the past 2 years or so.

It all started when I was working in a particular niche online with a friend of mine, Matthew Glanfield. Eventually that was no longer a viable source of income, so we both moved on.

Matthew taught me many things he was learning through affiliate marketing and he has now become an expert online marketer and I still look to him for great advice.

I had created some of my own products, but my life took a bit of a turn so I got off track for a while. But in the past several months I've been getting back to my passion of internet marketing.

I enjoy using video to market because it's so effective, although it can get complicated and time consuming. But that's the trade off ;)

Recently I have been working with Keith Wellman on a project and I actually spent 4 days at his office where he did some personal training and coaching with me. It was a great experience and I have learned so much.

Ok, that was a much longer introduction than I meant to do, so I'll leave it there for now. Feel free to contact me anytime, I love meeting new people and I hope to make some new friends and business partners here.

In the meantime, I'll keep enjoying this valuable forum!
Chad

I've had the chance to work with both Matthew and Keith, and I must say ... you have good taste. ;)

Looking forward to reading of your progress, and offering input when requested.

Eric, I'm not sure I follow you .... posting links to what? And where?

Do you have a product/service of your own, and an affiliate program, that you're trying to promote?

That would be the only link allowed on this site ... or do you mean somewhere else?

Where are you promoting these affiliate offers?

Hi all, I am based in the East Coast and looking to launch a consumer product in January 2020, with a high quality product, customer experience and website. I plan to optimize the site for 2 months and then use affiliate marketing to jump start my sales (I posted a question along these lines in the General Marketing thread). Nothing is set in stone and I continue to iterate; look forward to potentially partnering with folks on this thread.
