We are launching a Joint Venture partnership soon in the hottest area of realestate right now. No...its not foreclosures, wholesaling, flipping houses. Its how to sell your house in 36 hours or less.

Everyone is scrambling to sell their house fast for those who bought during the realestate craze. We are launching a product with in the next month or two and want to get opinions on the sales copy ect...

Hi Chris,

The copy is good.

But you need to make your visitors stick to your
sales copy for a longer time.

You could present some neat and attractive graphics
including header images, report covers and I'd suggest
you to move the video just under the headline.

The video would actually be your indirect marketing agent.
and make sure to see to it that, the background music
does not have an impact upon your voice.

Hey Chris,

First of all I went to the link but didn’t see any web copy – just the JV information and the video. In any case, I just wanted to say that I think you are on to a great idea. I am actually working on a somewhat similar product myself.

Don’t worry when I say somewhat similar I just mean that I am going after Americans who bought during the housing frenzy and now find themselves with mortgage payments they cannot afford and shrinking equity in their homes. My product idea is not about helping them sell their homes.

Once you have some copy up let me know and I would be glad to give you my thoughts - maybe we can even help each other out and collaborate.
