what I'll need to put my own product in jvnotifypro.com ?

hey guys,
I'm not new here, i'm a good jv affiliate, i'm working with all launching, but what i want now, is to launch my own product, and i'm looking for the best waay to get JV parter who has a list!
so, can i put my product here as a new vendor and what i'll need to do that ?
it is for free or should i buy, if I'll buy how it cost and who I'm going to work with?
I'm sorry for this lot of question , but i'm real need help ;)
