Cody deals a lot with coregistration leads (coreg for short), so I think that's what he's offering there. It might be tempting to subscribe because of the huge number of leads that he'll give you, but I wouldn't advise unless you absolutely know how to market to those leads.
What I mean by that is that you need to know what software or script you need to mail to those leads (I don't think Aweber allows importing purchased leads), you need to know how to establish rapport with your new leads, how to make money with them, and more.
Otherwise, you'll just be wasting your money and you'll get a lot of spam complaints. So make sure you know what you're doing before subscribing to his service.
