Dražen Vlaović was born on 4th of September 1988. in Cetinje, Montenegro. Graduated high school with honors, being proclaimed best student in generation. He graduated Economics in 2010 (International Economics Finance and Business), getting Masters degree in Financial Markets and Corporate Governance afterwards.
During studies, completed the English language course at the University of Toronto, for which he received scholarship. Funded by the governments of Japan and India he also completed professional courses in these countries during 2012 and 2014. Drazen is working at Montenegrin Investment Promotion Agency as Head of Research and analysis sector. His passion for helping and connecting with people through written word yielded fruit in 2013 when he wrote his first novel Igra Umirucih Sjena, "Game of Dying Shadows" published in Podgorica. In 2016 his second book "The President" was published. His passions are literature, theology, sports and applied philosophy.
