Hi there,
It depends if you want to send free or paid traffic.
For paid traffic, you can use stuff like
PPC(Adwords and Yahoo Advertise)
PPV
Adswaps
Advertising on niche related forums, blogs and websites.
For free traffic,
Articles and Press Releases
Email marketing
Ranking your website in Google
If you are "testing" your squeeze page for your product or launch, I highly urge you to either promote it in forums like here and Warriorforum, DigitalPoint and stuff or using Google Adwords.
Warriorforum displays your banner on their website for 1 day, for like 100 bucks I think, and I have tried it and it is well worth it. I used for my squeeze page with an upsell and got like 400 optin, and 20 sales.
